The strength, experience and dedication to providing you with high quality furniture sets our team ahead of the competition. This network of over 120 Business Account, Installation and Customer Care personnel ensure that we provide a seamless package from initial contact through to the completion of the site.

Local Teams

Local Teams

Each site has a local team that will ensure that smooth completion of every plot. Split across six regions, we have a team of Business Account Managers (BAM) working on accounts throughout the country and your dedicated BAM will be your main point of contact.

Your BAM will introduce you to the local team who will personally be managing each plot and will guide you through the initial site set up options and provide detailed kitchen designs through our in-house Design Department.

Symphony directly employs a nationwide team of Installation Managers who ensure that each
project progresses smoothly and to the agreed timescales. Our Installation Managers are split across eight regions and undertake direct plot management and coordinate deliveries. We only use approved independent fitters on site and they are regularly audited to ensure they meet our high standards.

Our Customer Care Managers are dedicated to investigating and resolving any post-occupation
warranty queries that may arise. Split over twelve regions, our team resolve 95% of customer care queries within 30 working days or less.
