Survey to order
Experience of an increasing number of major refurbishment programmes has prompted Symphony to adapt its on-site design service. A large national team of Regional Surveyors can now offer a unique and bespoke Computer Aided Design service for individual kitchens, at a nominal cost.
Discussions are held with each tenant about their requirements so that drawings can be produced 'there and then' for their approval and signature. Only when the occupier is fully satisfied are personal selections recorded.
The surveying team is able to electronically schedule the material needed, directly with Symphony's own manufacturing facility, for delivery in line with the contractor's programme.
This ensures that the tenant receives their new kitchen on time, to the agreed layout and with the minimum of disruption.
Total Design Services
The design and estimating department comprises of dedicated staff, experienced in the social housing sector. Every member is committed to providing the maximum support and most comprehensive technical assistance.
Working from client briefs and site surveys, Symphony ensures that its proposals meet the customers' and tenants' exact requirements and that all designs fully conform to BS 6222 Part 2 Level H.
The comprehensive planning package includes cubic capacities, elevations and 3D photo realistic colour images (by request). Drawings and quotes can be e-mailed for immediate approval or can be exported to Auto - CAD for checking against architects' plans.

Our production facilities manufacture over 20,000 rigid units per week, which are delivered direct to site - right across the country - on our own fleet of vehicles.
