  • Where can I see/buy your products?

    If you are interested in purchasing kitchen, bedroom or bathroom furniture for your home you can view and buy our products by visiting one of our appointed retailers. Most retailers have several of our ranges on display and many also offer a planning and installation service. To find your nearest retailer please click here. You can also view all our retail ranges by visiting the Gallery, Milano, Mirari, Embrace and Venetian showcase sites.

    If you are a private developer, contractor or retailer we may be able to supply you with products directly. Please see the relevant trade section of the Symphony website for more information, or click here to send us an enquiry.

  • Can I buy directly from Symphony?

    We do not supply directly to the public; to purchase our products you would need to visit your local retailer, who can be found by clicking here. However, if you already own a Symphony kitchen you can purchase additional units directly from us. Click here to find out more about ordering additional units.

  • How do I request a brochure?

    Your local retailer should be able to provide you with a brochure, or you can request one by clicking here. If you are a retailer, developer or contractor who has an account with Symphony and you wish to order a quantity of brochures please contact your Symphony Business Manager.

  • I already have Symphony furniture fitted in my home. Can I buy extra units to add onto it?

    Yes, you can buy additional kitchen units directly from us which will be delivered directly to your door fully assembled. Please click here to find out more about additional units or call our Additional Units department on 0870 835 5640. Please note that this service only applies to kitchen units and isn’t available for bedroom or bathroom units.

  • I am interested in one of your kitchens/bedrooms/bathrooms - how do I find out how much it costs?

    Your local retailer will be able to provide you with a price list or a quote tailored to your requirements. Please click here to locate your nearest retailer. Please be aware that we only provide our retailers with recommended retail prices and some retailers may run promotions, so as a result the price quoted may differ slightly between retailers.

  • Do you offer a design and installation service?

    We don’t offer a design and installation service directly to the public, though our retailers do offer this service. Please click here to locate your nearest retailer. We do however offer a full design, planning and installation service in our Private Development and Social Housing sectors. Please click on the relevant links to find out more if you are a developer or contractor

  • I have chosen which range I would like, what do I do now?

    Once you have an idea of what you would like, visit your nearest retailer, who can be found by clicking here. It will help if you can give them as much information as possible, such as the measurements of your room, what appliances you are buying or already own, any accessories you like, how much storage space you need, possible colour schemes, how you use the room and so on. The more detail you can give the retailer the easier it will be for them to create your perfect room.

  • How long will it take for me to receive my furniture?

    With the exception of some special order items, all our products are held in stock and delivered to each area of the country once a week. When you place an order the retailer will be able to tell you when to expect delivery.

  • What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

    Please contact the retailer who placed your order and they will assist you with your query.

  • Do your products come with a guarantee?

    All our furniture is manufactured to a very high standard and we are confident that it will give you many years of service, which is why all our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The length of the warranty may vary depending on the product so please speak to your local retail or contact us for more information.

  • Who do I contact if I have a technical query?

    Your local retailer should be able to assist you with any technical questions you may have, but in the event that they are unable to answer your queries we will provide them with any additional information they require. If you are a trade customer, a range of useful technical information including an Installation Manual and specification guides can be found on this website - please click on the Downloads link in the relevant trade section of the site (Retailer, Private Development or Social Housing).

  • I am a retailer/private developer/contractor and am interested in supplying your products. How do I find out more?
