Esther Rowe and her husband moved into their semi-detached bungalow built in 1909, three years ago.  The house was in great need of renovation.  Esther felt that although she wanted a kitchen with all the mod cons, it was important that it fitted to reflect the rest of the house.   Esther chose the Gallery Edmonton Ivory Shaker kitchen and incorporated open shelving to show off period kitchenware.  Timber effect worktops complete the simple but effect look.  For the full article see House Beautiful, March 2009 edition.
