A Symphony retailer, Trafalgar Studio in Leeds was approached by I.T.V. to provide a kitchen for a main scene in a soon to be screened episode of "A Touch of Frost". The art director required a kitchen that looked at home in a large £1.5 million pound house and chose the Newport range with wenge worktops. Trafalgar Studio visited the site and met the director, produced a CAD drawing and fitted the kitchen ready for filming to begin.

Ruth Pickles, designer at Trafalgar Studio commented: "I won't give away the plot in case you watch it but the house belongs to one of the main character families. Of course until the final edit there is no guarantee that any scene actually makes it on screen but the kitchen played a leading role in the story line."
